Dan Ruskin serves as President at B. Riley Operations Management and is recognized as one of the top turnaround and restructuring leaders in the country. With over 30 years of experience, Ruskin has been a visionary and early pioneer in the operational restructuring industry by recognizing the potential of bringing transformative leadership to business and stakeholders. Dan is able to quickly identify and implement "best practices" that fit a company in crisis. He has been instrumental in increasing value for some of the largest private equity firms in the world, as well as leading and implementing programs for major automotive and Aerospace OEMs and suppliers.
Previously, Ruskin was the Founder and Managing Partner of Anchor Resource Management, where he had a demonstrable track record of enhancing value in a variety of industries and functions. Prior to his tenure at Anchor Resource Management, he was the Practice Leader and managing Entity Principal of Plante & Moran AFME (PMAFME) Management Consulting and Restructuring practice. Prior to the sale of AFME to Plante & Moran, Ruskin founded AFME in 1990 to offer hands-on industrial and manufacturing engineering capabilities. Overall, Ruskin has participated in over 350 engagements and has led projects for many renowned companies across various industries.
